- HR Benefit Advantage. Our Internet-based system is available 24/7 to you and your employees. It helps manage and track employee demographic data, as well as benefit plan and eligibility information. We handle all system set-up and continued maintenance on your behalf.
- Record-Keeping & Compliance. Single Source 1 will maintain and manage benefits documents and correspondence on your behalf, minimizing your record-keeping and compliance burdens.
- Carrier Communication. Single Source 1 manages all communications to the carriers regarding employee or dependent enrollments, terminations, or changes.
- Employee Advocacy. Single Source 1 offers your employees a toll-free number where experienced administrators will answer employee-specific questions and work directly with carriers to resolve claim and coverage issues, freeing you to focus on core business responsibilities.
- Open Enrollment/Benefit Plan Renewal. Single Source 1 will work closely with your company to ensure a smooth open enrollment process. From gathering census information for carriers to preparing new enrollment kits for employees.
- Bill Reconciliation. Single Source 1 can review your carrier bills to ensure accuracy and completeness. Each carrier bill will be reviewed to ensure newly enrolled and terminated participants are reflected timely, as well other factors affecting bill accuracy.
